Refund policy

We have a no return policy which means you do not have the option after receiving your item to request a return. 

The only way To be eligible for a return, as if your item was damaged in the mail. You'll need to ship the item back to us at your expense. As soon as we receive it we can issue the refund and ask USPS for its insurance policy.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
 Zero exchange is allowed unless you get a hold of me before your item ships out to you. I don't mind swapping items before it is shipped, however we do not accept returns or refunds on non-broken items. So message me immediately I may be able to help.


European Union 14 day cooling off period: we do not accept any sales outside of the United States.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Your Purchased items will ship USPS Priority Flat Rate with insurance! 

We cannot take back items you are no longer interested in, however sometimes items break in the mail.

Broken items can be fully refunded, if returned from the buyer, back to the seller. This process can be quickened by notifing us immediately: orenderfarmgardens@gmail.com

Once we receive the broken item or items back, a full refund will be issued! Buyer will be responsible for returned shipping costs.
